The unique layout with the fireplace at the front of the caravan and its 7ft ceiling height gives a superior aspect. Generous lounge area with ample seating plus movable 2-seater settee. Coffee table, gas fire, colour television, video and radio-cd player. The dining area seats an average family in comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern split-level cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster + full inventory. The main bedroom features double bed, wall lights, en suite with toilet and washbasin, dressing table, mirror and stool. The other bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have plenty of power points and ample cupboard space. These rooms are fitted with wall heaters.

Bath/shower room is practical yet stylish - with separate wash basin and toilet. The shower is fitted with a glass door. This room has a wall heater. The Caravan has sun decking and wooden bench/table set situated on the paved patio area.
